IMPORTANT 

We have just adjusted again our postage rates for international customers due to changes in 2011 Philippine Postal rates. There is an additional PHP 50 handling fee for each transaction. Transaction at the moment is limited to 5 pieces of shirts due to increasing postage rates in the Philippines so if you order more than 5 you would see 0 shipping fee. We will e-mail you and we will ask you to breakdown your orders in batches or give you options.

Due to some problems with Paypal Express Checkout, we no longer made it available through our website, but you can still choose Paypal as your mode of Payment, each transaction will go to our e-mail, then we verify your e-mail and order and send you instructions on how you can send us the payment using PERSONAL PAYMENTS. Please be informed that Favola Shirts transactions should come as no-obligations-fee and no-transfer-fees payments that is why we do request everyone to pay us on personal payments. Each transaction is a donation to Pag-asa Social Center Foundation, Inc.

FOR PHILIPPINE CUSTOMERS:

• We accept Paypal and Smart Money Transactions.

• For paypal, buyer pays the exact amount to Favola Shirts, no obligation fees on Favola shirts for the transaction.

• For Smart Money, please send an SMS to mobile number +63 9178134376 the reference number of your transaction. Send payments to Smart Money card number 5577-5175-8631-7112

• Delivery within 2 days via LBC only. 

• Delivery starts after each succesful SMART MONEY transaction. Customer receives e-mail from Favola Shirts for order verification and confirmation of payment.

• We ONLY accept Paypal transactions.

• For paypal, buyer pays the exact amount to Favola Shirts, no obligation fees on Favola shirts for the transaction.

• Delivery within 10-20 days depending on destination.

• All shipments would be in ordinary registered mail. Sent through Philippine Post Office.

• Delivery starts after a succesful PAYPAL transaction. Customer receives e-mail from Favola Shirts for order verification and confirmation of payment.

NOTICE TO  PAYPAL BUYERS:

• Since our system goes straight to paypal checkout without the option of letting the customer pay on "PERSONAL PAYMENTS", we will send you an e-mail in receipt of your payment then ask you to resend us the deducted fees which PAYPAL charged us. Favola Shirts shall not be responsible for any fees. Payments should always be made in full. We do apologize for this inconvenience in the payment system.

• For paying under "Personal Payments", simple log on to your Paypal Account and go to Send Money and choose the Personal Payments tab and choose "Others" write the complete bill you see from our website and you can write a note on  your Paypal payment. You may choose to do this also from the start.

• At the moment we are updating our postage fees as the local government post had already increased their rates for year 2010 and the prices we have here are for year 2009. For those who order now, they will receive additional e-mail from us with the receipt of the postage and the additional postage costs. Do not worry as the increase is not that too big. We apologize too as we update our system. Thanks for your understanding.
